Goods may take longer to arrive than expected especially for the USA & Canada, Australia, Japan, Christmas time etc, so please be patient and give at least 30 days for goods to arrive, and don’t just open a case when an item has not arrived.
Goods for Europe normally take approx. 7 working days, but may at times take longer than expected depending on the Postal Services.
If you need the goods to be sent by Registered Tracked Mail, please choose Tracked Mail.
Heavy items are automatically sent by Registered Tracked Mail. If however you order say more than 2 Pcs, and the amount is high, please choose Tracked Mail, or contact us for the correct postage.
Kindly also note that if you decide to return the item, please make sure that the outer box has not been damaged in any way while you were opening it, and that the items are not damaged in any way.
When using DCC Decoders, Please DO NOT handle Chips directly with your fingers as you may short the chip with possible static. Use an Arm band to discharge any static.
