Goods may take longer than expected to arrive especially for the USA & Canada, Australia, Canada, Japan etc, so please be patient and give at least 30 days for goods to arrive, and don’t just open a case when an item has not arrived.
Goods for Europe normally take approx. 7 working days, but may at times take longer than expected which depends on the Postal Services.
If you need the goods to be sent by registered tracked Mail, please contact us first before you purchase, or choose Tracked Mail when available.
Heavy items are automatically sent by Registered Tracked Mail. If you also order say more than 2 pcs, please contact us first for the correct Postage, and if the amount is high, we would have to send your items by Tracked Mail.
Kindly also note that if you decide to return the item, please make sure that the outer box has not been damaged in any way while you were opening it.
You understand that we cannot accept returned new goods with damaged boxes. So please be careful how to open delicate items, especially if the item/s are a Collector’s item.
